Sennheiser momentum ear pads replacement

How to replace ear cushions on Sennheiser headphones - more specifically how to replace ear cushions on Sennheiser Momentum headphones, but I guess this technique works for some other Sennheiser headphones too. I have seen many different models that look like they are mounted in a similar way. I also own a pair of 4.50 that looks I did order my specific Sennheiser momentum replacement ear pads directly from Sennheiser’s web shop. But I guess you can find them at other Sennheiser retailers as well. https://en-us.sennheiser.com/accessor... There are also many other replacement ear pads for Sennheiser Momentum from third party manufacturers that you can find at a better price. I didn’t find the original too expensive so it felt better about them. If you buy from third party manufacturer the ear pads can be of lower quality. The only consideration I had was that the replacement ear pads for the Sennheiser momentum on Sennheisers web shop was that they were spare parts for the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and Momentum Wireless etc, but not for the original Sennheiser Momentum M1 that I own. So the question was if the replacement ear pads for sennheiser momentum 2 would also fit on momentum 1? The answer is that they did fit. They are a bit larger, but that actually just made the ear pads more comfortable. Now my headphones are really over ear. They have a slightly different color than my previous ear pads. I don’t mind this and still think they look good. I really recommend this Sennheiser momentum ear pads replacement for everybody. It’s a true upgrade even if your old ear pads are not as torn as mine. So now you know how to replace ear cushions on Sennheiser headphones!
