Armando.Info's investigation into the collapse of the Opppe towers in La Guaira and the organizational agenda of the Unitary Platform in Bogotá: we analyze the contracts awarded without bidding that preceded the disaster and the state of the new Venezuelan negotiation process. We also spoke with Alejandro Hernández, director of La Gran Aldea, about the meetings taking place this week in Bogotá between the organizing secretaries of the parties of the Unitary Platform and Vente Venezuela. We analyze why, just days before the August 1st negotiation session with Dinorah Figuera and Jorge Rodríguez, the opposition's agenda remains focused on organizational matters rather than the Gordian knots of the process.
