Harrison M300 lathe - Messing with the lathe bed and its gap.
Perhaps unwisely, I remove the lathe bed from the base. Then I give it a good clean. It won't make the lathe bed any more accurate, but it will allow me to paint it which seemed worth doing whilst I've got everything apart. I'll leave the question of accuracy until the lathe is back together again and I can take some test cuts.
