Before I knew it, I was over 50... and I started thinking about a lot of things: physical ailments, retirement, old age, my parents, and so on. I'm worried that if I continue like this, my physical strength will decline quickly and I won't be able to do the things I want to do anymore. So, I decided to pause for a moment... and try to "cherish and think about each day" instead of just letting it pass by.
