In 1960 Loudoun County Virginia was a small rural county with an agricultural economy and little in the way of major opportunity or notoriety. Today Loudoun is the wealthiest county in the entire United States thanks to it's proximity to Washington D.C. and it being the place that fuels much of America's high-speed internet and cloud services.
