With the help of these resources, excess water was successfully drained from the fields. Land that had remained submerged for years became cultivable again, and farmers were able to sow crops across the entire affected area. Today, lush green fields stand where water once stagnated, and villagers report one of the best crop seasons in recent years. According to local residents, the restored farmland is expected to generate agricultural produce worth crores of rupees, improving the economic condition of farming families and reviving hope throughout the village. Farmers say the initiative not only removed water from their fields but also restored their confidence, dignity, and future. The transformation of Nagla Asha stands as an example of how timely support and effective water drainage infrastructure can help revive agriculture and bring long-term relief to rural communities facing waterlogging challenges.
