⁴ᴷ⁶⁰ Alstom Propulsion R160s Return to Service on the N, Q, and W Lines

A small car swap recently occurred between Coney Island Yard and Jamaica Yard to facilitate the installation of CBTC equipment on the R160-type cars. After several months of being served solely by R46s, R68/As, and Siemens-Propulsion R160s, Alstom-Propulsion R160s from Jamaica Yard were swapped on to the N, Q, and W lines. The main difference between Siemens and Alstom propulsion R160s is the different sound created by the propulsion control equipment. Enjoy!
