Neel is stunned when the officer tells him that none of the evidences, which they have found, suggests that he has committed the murder. Even his fingerprints do not match with those found on the weapon. However, Neel stays mum. Meanwhile, Nahar and Saloni, who are in Goa for their honeymoon, find the place very beautiful. Saloni thanks Nahar for everything and they go out sightseeing. In the hotel, Nahar runs into his classmate, Nilima and her husband Ravi. Nilima, a modern woman, had a crush on Nahar in their college days. She feels jealous looking at Saloni, as Nahar married a simpleton. Meanwhile, Kaveri meets Chaudhary and tells him that she feels that there is some connection between Neel and Saloni in the murder case. Chaudhary feels elated and tells Kaveri that soon, Brijesh and his family will feel embarrassed when Saloni's name will be linked with the murder. On the other hand, Nilima notices that Saloni is feeling uncomfortable looking at people in swimsuits on the beach. She tells Saloni to change herself with the current fashion or else Nahar may dump her if she remains a simpleton. Later, Nilima and Ravi bring a champagne bottle and Nilima asks Saloni to open it. Saloni feels awkward as she does not know how to open. In the process, the bottle slips from her hands and breaks into pieces. Saloni feels embarrassed and walks away. Nahar follows her and tries to pacify her. However, he gets shocked when Saloni asks him whether he is really happy after marrying her.
