🌄 There are places where you can feel free to simply be yourself. They're not perfect, they're not picture-perfect, but they respect your freedom. If you too feel constrained by socially approved normality, this video might help you discover that living in a village, as an antisocial person, can be the perfect solution. 🏞️ I've lived in the city, by the sea, in the mountains, I've had very different jobs, but one thing has never changed: my need for space, autonomy, and time for myself. While the world pushes toward forced socializing and all kinds of group activities, toward coworking, cohousing, and group vacations, I've chosen something else. I've chosen authentic Italian villages, those where it's not necessary to participate in social activities, parties, sharing initiatives, or the like. 🙃 It's not selfishness, it's balance. Once you're over 40, well-being becomes the priority, and for some of us, that means staying away from the noise, the forced sharing, and the pressure to "be a group." And no, we don't need a "welcoming community" to feel complete. 😎 Not everyone likes crowds, and if, like me, you're one of them, you might consider joining the antisocial club.
