This is the Extra Stage Theme from Touhou 8 IN. Absolutely phenomenal extra song! Also featuring my all-time favorite mid boss fight in the series...EX Keine!! I love her spellcards so much. I believe ZUN commented on this track saying that it was calmer than other Extra Stage themes, and while that's definitely true, this is no relaxing song either!
