This one was a little spicier than I had originally anticipated. I thought my heart rate would come down furing the dumbbell as it usually does...but didn't take into consideration the heavier dumbbell. Was able to stay consistent and have similar splits. 3 rounds for time of 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch 70/50lb, 15 toes to bar, 10 burpees over Dumbbell. Time cap 15 Minutes, finished 5:56 RX Unbroken.
