What Chinese Families Actually Buy at the Supermarket | Guangzhou Grocery Prices

In this video, I’m taking you with me on a real family shopping trip to a supermarket in Huadu Guangzhou, China. I want to show you what Chinese families actually buy, what we usually eat at home, and how much everyday groceries cost in China. We’ll look at fresh vegetables, fruit, rice, noodles, meat, seafood, dairy products, cooking ingredients, drinks, household products, and baby supplies. You’ll also see some familiar international brands, such as Illy, Barilla, Haribo, and Pepsi, and compare their prices with local Chinese products. All prices are shown in Chinese yuan, US dollars, and euros. This is not a tourist supermarket tour—it is a normal shopping trip for my family and a closer look at everyday life in Guangzhou.
