Second of a three-part film of my journey down the River Thames Trail from its source in the Cotswolds, through Oxford, Windsor, London, and eventually to the estuary at Thames Barrier (also known as Sea Reach). Having sustained a back injury on day two I was faced with the decision to try and continue in pain, or cancel and try again another time.
