"Hako" means "box," a box where we can arrange the elements, shape, and interior functionality of each meticulously designed module to suit the needs and lifestyle of the homeowner. This is what Mood Living calls "modular design." The Hako house is a prefabricated, dry-process construction using a steel frame and prefabricated walls, enabling rapid construction. It's manufactured in a factory and assembled on-site, ready for use in under two months. The steel frame and materials used are strong, durable, and long-lasting. Furthermore, it provides superior heat insulation compared to conventional homes, thanks to a two-layer wall system and extra-thick roof insulation. The Hako house is designed in a modern Japanese style, ideal for compact spaces while maximizing every square inch of interior space. In keeping with the modern Japanese style, the design team, led by an architect, selects materials and matches colors for a minimalist, clean, and clean look. All wooden components are made from high-quality wood substitutes, replacing real wood. These materials are durable and easy to maintain, eliminating the problems of termites, swelling, and frequent woodwork repairs. For example, the interior flooring is made from PP (Polypropylene) imported from Japan. The doors and windows are made of wood-patterned aluminum, and the balcony floor is made of imported WPC composite wood, which has a color and texture that closely resembles real wood. The model homes are available in two sizes, all the same width, but differ in length and height: the Hako 5.5, a single-story home, is 5.5 meters long, and the Hako 8.3+, a 1.5-story home, is 8.3 meters long. Homeowners can customize the length and functionality to suit their needs. Mood Living has developed design software that allows customers to experiment with the selection and layout of the homes, giving a clear picture of their needs.
