Ingredients: Eggs Mustard Vinegar Oil Onion Butter Bread Thyme Lettuce heart Apple Walnut kernels Comté cheese Recipe: 1. For the mayonnaise, combine one egg yolk, one spoonful of mustard, sherry vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then mix everything together while gradually adding the oil. 2. Add the trout roe to the mayonnaise. 3. In a saucepan, pour the vinegar into the water. When it boils, cook the eggs for 5 to 6 minutes. 4. Dice an onion and place them in a saucepan with fat and salt to soften. 5. Dice the bread, then cook them in a pan with butter and thyme. 6. Pan-fry some lettuce hearts, slice an apple, crush some walnuts, and slice some Comté cheese. 7. Peel the eggs and serve. All that's left is to enjoy.
