5 Minute Yoga-Mobility Routine | Follow Along | Pomodoro Study Break

While I would usually encourage you to do a longer mobility or yoga sequence, this video series was inspired by the Pomodoro technique I've been using to study; 25 minutes of study followed by a 5-minute break. The 5-minute break between work/study is the perfect opportunity to move your body in a way that will combat the aches, pains and contraindications that can arise from being sedentary for long periods of time.
