You can come here by car or train, which I showed in my another Kanchanaburi video here. Kanchanaburi is a must-visit for anyone interested in an authentic Thai experience filled with cultural, natural, and historical attractions. It is well known to everyone being located on the River Kwai, which in turn infamously associated with “Death Railway Bridge”¸ that was built by Allied prisoners during World War II in Japanese occupied Kanchanaburi. Climb aboard a Nam Tok Line train to wind your way through the gorgeous, jungle-clad mountains. In this camp they take care of injured, old and retired elephants and it’s cruelty free. Riding elephants is not allowed here. But instead we will experience the sheer bliss of feeding and washing elephants while appreciating the strong bond between us, humans and nature.
