Santri and the Red Watermelon Santriboy - Bismillah Song Santri Boy tells the story of a santri boy named Badrun, a funny santri boy who isn't very smart and always causes trouble, but has a kind heart and likes to help others. He and Sinyo and Goni are fellow santri boys of a Kiai named Kiai Masduki. They study together at a simple Islamic boarding school called Pondok Pesantren Padhang Mbulan in the village of Tegalsari. Besides Sinyo, Goni and Badrun also have a friend, a smart hamster named Ogi; only Badrun understands the hamster language. Ogi always does funny things that get the Santri Boy gang into new troubles. The lives of Badrun and the other santri boys at the Islamic boarding school and in the village are never without problems, whether they arise from themselves or others, or arise from misunderstandings. Of course, they always try to solve the problems, although this often leads to more problems. Fortunately, they have adults to guide them. Despite this, Badrun is always happy because there is always meaning behind every problem.
