Montana Rail Link: Mullan Pass, Helena & Louisville Montana - MRL 2nd & 3 Subs

In July 2022, we made a road trip through Montana to document what would likely be the last summer of the Montana Rail Link. While work blocks hampered our efforts during the morning hours, once the MOW Gangs cleared for the day, the MRL put on a show. I've seen alot of trains in my day, however 4 MRL SD70ACe's shoving a loaded coal train up Mullan Pass ranks up there as one of the most impressive shows in Railroading.
