Building a MOC LEGO Modular Building - Part 1 (The Exterior)

Ever since I rearranged my LEGO city, I now have room to add some more LEGO buildings to the city, so today I am building a custom LEGO Modular building. This is the ultimate entertainment complex, and will contain a ground floor store front, a 2nd floor night club, a 3rd floor high end restaurant and a 4th floor rooftop bar and patio! In this video I am walking you guys through building the exterior of this MOC LEGO Modular. In part 2, which will be released in a few days, I will be building a very detailed interior of the modular, completing the nightclub, the restaurant and the rooftop.
