On the 205th day of traveling across China in my car, I left Xinjiang and arrived in Lanzhou, Gansu, where I witnessed Lanzhou's first snowfall of winter 2025. On my second day in Lanzhou, around 3 a.m., Lanzhou's first snowfall of winter 2025 began. It was a bit cold at night. Early in the morning, Lanzhou was a blanket of white snow. I saw many videos online of traffic accidents involving people driving to work that day. After a quick tidy-up and washing up, I went downstairs to play in the snow. Lanzhou, this city, was formerly known as "Jincheng," meaning "impregnable," reflecting its historical status as a major military stronghold. This is my second time visiting Lanzhou. The last time I came to Lanzhou was in summer, but now, the Lanzhou I see is like a charming and beautiful woman from Northwest China. After the snow, the Yellow River reflects the silver-clad landscape on both banks. All the surrounding buildings—whether modern or old—are uniformly draped in a thick, pure white coat, their outlines softened and silent. The undulating hills in the distance are completely covered in snow, devoid of vegetation, leaving only rounded and gentle curves, like a herd of sleeping elephants. Only a vast expanse of white, cold and empty, this scenery resembles a concise ink painting. And the flowing Yellow River becomes the soul of this ink painting. I played in the snow for a while. I walked on the snow, listening to its sound. I shook the pine trees, watching the snow dance. I felt like a naive child, experiencing the joy of the first snow. Although I found the snow fascinating, to be honest, it was quite cold when it melted. After playing for two hours, I returned to my hotel room. I ordered takeout, edited videos, and finished my work for the day. It was already past 6 PM, and it was dark. The next day, I drove to a nearby 4S dealership for a car wash. They had a free car wash and windshield washer fluid refill promotion. After a quick consultation with the staff and filling out the form, they took my car to get the windshield washer fluid refilled. Then I waited in line for the car wash. While I had some free time, I looked at the Wuling Sunshine EV and the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV 4th generation. I felt that the biggest advantage of the Wuling Sunshine EV was its spaciousness, while the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV 4th generation's advantage was its four doors, making it easier for passengers in the back to get in and out.
