As we continue sailing our first Holland America cruise onboard the MS Rotterdam 🚢 , this episode has us in WINDY Kristiansand, Norway! Yes, we apologize for some some windy conditions in this video, but it won't take away from what we experienced because this may be one of the most surprising parts of our first Holland America cruise! But first, we started the day touring some of southern Norway’s most charming coastal villages: 🏘️ Lillesand – Known as the “white town by the sea,” filled with classic wooden homes and cozy seaside cafés. ⚓ Grimstad – A literary gem once home to Henrik Ibsen, with narrow cobblestone streets and a picturesque harbor. ⛵ Arendal – A colorful, lively port that blends maritime history with modern Norwegian culture. After returning to the ship, the main theatre show was canceled due to weather 🌧️—but that turned out to be a good thing. Instead, we spent the evening enjoying incredible live music across several venues onboard 🎶, including the high-energy B.B. King’s Blues Club All-Star Band, where who had the dance floor packed!
