Blue River Technologies 20 Yard Container Dewatering Liner

www.blueriverdewater.com This video shows the setup and operation of the Blue River Technologies roll-off container dewatering liner. The roll-off container is staged on one of the wastewater treatment plant's sand drying beds. A drainage system consisting of wooden pallets and plastic drainage netting is installed in the container. The dewatering liner is installed in the container. Sludge is pumped from the plant's digester, through a flocculator manifold, where it is mixed with a polymer solution, and into the container liner. The polymer flocculant solution causes the solids in the sludge to separate from the water. The clear water runs through the filtration liner, out of the roll-off container, and is returned to the plant. The operation of the flocculator manifold and the polymer mixing unit are shown. When full, the container is picked up by a truck and taken to a landfill. The tailgate is opened and the dewatered solids are dumped.
