INGREDIENTS: 1.5 lbs. - lamb shoulder chops 2 cloves garlic(crushed) 1 tbsp.- chopped rosemary 2 tbsp. olive oil 2-3 tbsp -lemon juice 1/2 - lemon juice 1/2 teaspon salt 1/2 tsp. ground pepper INSTRUCTIONS: 1.Clean and rinse lamb chops, pat them dry. 2.Combine marinade ingredient then pour over the lamb chops, massage the chops with the marinade, Let marinate in the fridge for an hour or more. 3.After marinade time, rest the lamb chops before searing, let it come to room temp. 4.Heat cast iron then lay the lamb chops. Sear for about 8-10 mins depending on the size of the chop. 5. Add the butter, Rosemary leaves and garlic, Let it cook around 8 to 10 mins. 6.
