My First Time Hearing Lorna Shore – To The Hellfire | INSANE Talent But I Have Questions…

oday’s reaction was to Lorna Shore – “To The Hellfire.” As someone coming from a Hip-Hop background exploring Metal, this one definitely pushed my limits. The talent, skill, and songwriting are undeniable, and drummer Austin Archey absolutely went crazy behind the kit. The musicianship in Lorna Shore is on another level. But this reaction also brought up an internal debate for me. As a creative and someone with faith, I sometimes wrestle with the line between artistic expression and themes that might conflict with my beliefs. Is the song meant literally? Is “Hellfire” more of a metaphor for depression, darkness, or mental struggle? Or is it something else entirely? I respect the art and the creativity behind it — even if it’s something I personally won’t revisit. And that’s part of the journey of exploring new music and genres. One thing is certain: the skill level here is absolutely insane. Let me know your thoughts in the comments — especially if there’s context or meaning behind the song that I should know about.
