Did They Really Just Nerf Shigaraki In My Hero Ultra Rumble???

Shigaraki got some interesting new changes in the latest Season 14 patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. They decided to reduce his health from 350 to 300 and also change his special action so it’s more floaty. I’m not to sure why they would nerf him especially since as of late the game has been adding numerous flyers / characters with great mobility.
