Using a bicycle to carry a week's worth of groceries in four different ways

Panniers and bags. Baskets. A bike trailer. A cargo bike. Which of those four methods offers the best way to carry stuff on your bike? And not just any stuff. Important stuff. Like a week's worth of groceries. We often hear people say they can't use a bike for their everyday transportation because they can't do practical things with it, such as pick up groceries. So I set out to test that theory by trying four different methods of carrying stuff on your bike.
