This Toilet Paper Roll Crochet pattern came about because my kids are to short to reach the only cabinet in the bathroom that’s above the toilet so I had to leave a Toilet Paper Roll on the back of the toilet, which looked tacky. I wished I would make it look better, then it hit me. I remembered my Grandmother used to have a crocheted Toilet Paper Roll cover over hers. It was of a little lady in a dress. The dress part covered the roll and the plastic part of the doll just stayed put in the center. I remember playing with this doll while I was in the bathroom as a child, there were no smart phones back then to entertain you.
