3 Days Bushcraft and Solo Hike - Canvas Lavvu Hot Tent - Catch and Cook
3 days bushcraft and hiking. First night was too warm for the stove but it was a nice treat the second night when temps dropped and wind picked up. First cooking method is a kind of pressure cooking of the meat in the pot upside down on a stick. The reason for the grass is to shock the meat and make it sweat starting the boil and closing the pores. If you can't find dry grass it works without but more juice will run down the stick during the cook. A good place to find dry grass even when summer is in full bloom is alongside lake shores underneath the green grass. Bread recipe is water, oil, flour, baking soda, salt. Thanks for watching.
