This is a body doubling session for the task you keep moving to tomorrow. We all have it. The thing that has been on the list for days (or weeks), the one you skip over every time you look at your planner. Today we're doing it together. We work through 25-minute blocks with short breaks in between. Classic body doubling format, no pressure, just showing up together. You don't have to finish it tonight.
