Aeron Chair Gas Cartridge Removal PROPERLY

I have watched most of the videos on YouTube in reference to removing the gas shock from the chair. Everyone seems to require a pipe wrench, large hammer/mallet, back breaking, blood vessel popping, special tool requiring work and most comments seem to still require five people and hours of destruction. I just wanted to show a more efficient way to approach this without the need for a death grip. Hope you will try it and let me know your results because I spent about two hours killing myself before trying what I did, which took about 30mins total and a tenth of the effort. NOTE: Some chairs may require some WD-40 to aid with the loosening of rust or build up on the cartridge.
