Join Mandee for a 35-minute high impact jump rope cardio and core interval workout using a jump rope and a hand towel. You will want shoes for the shock absorption but the jump rope is optional (all moves can be accomplished with a hand towel or bodyweight if necessary). This workout is sure to test your agility and coordination skills! No jump rope required if you don't have one you can use the hand towel for the core sections.
