Conversa com Philippe Descola: Etnologia, Ecologia e Ativismo cartografando mundos possíveis

In this conversation, Philippe Descola spoke about his long-standing research on the relationship between the social world and the natural world – with an emphasis on his experience with the Achuar (Ecuadorian Amazon) – seeking a connection with the movement known as the Uprising of the Earth (Soulèvement de la Terre), which seeks, in present-day France, to create other forms of coexistence with the planet and its inhabitants, meaning establishing brakes on the predatory expansion of industrial capitalism and, consequently, on the destruction of habitable conditions.
