EGR 밸브, 고착인지 확인하고 클리닝으로 해결 되는지 실험해 보자
본인 자동차는 기아 뉴쏘렌토R 2013년식 디젤 94,000Km. 작년부터 정차중에 기어는 드라이브 상태 및 에어컨 작동중일때, 한번씩 간헐적으로 RPM이 오르락 내리락 하며 엔진 부조가 생김. 올해 여름에는 그런 현상이 잦아지더니, 서행중에 엑셀을 밟는 순간 롤러코스터 마냥 다다다다다 진동을 겸한 울컥울컥 전진이 발생하여 겁을 왕창 집어먹고 무엇이 문제일까 고민. 요즘 거의 모든 디젤 자동차에 장착되어 있는 EGR 밸브(배기가스 재순환 장치)가 의심되어 일단 까봄. 밸브가 한번씩 고착되는걸 확인하고, 교체하여 수리 완료됨. 하지만, 밸브를 클리닝하면 다시 정상작동을 할까에 대한 의문으로 고생을 시작함. 그렇지만 오늘 하루도 이렇게 보람찬 일이 생겼어.
