A microwave and a regular or pizza size oven is all that is needed, with some foods requiring refrigeration and freezing. Fast food chicken restaurants will likely cost several dollars more per serving. The sodium content is high in this meal, but it would be higher at a fast food restaurant. Sodium is usually the salt content of a meal. This should be very healthful the way I am fixing it, but I do recommend having it only about once per week. There are also other choices in your frozen food section, so read the labels and get the meal you like best.
