Morning! Tried and semi succeeded with the keto zucchini fritters, I think I'd prefer to just cop the carbs lol. Banana bread is always a win - there's a short with the recipe I think! 3-4 bananas 1/3 cup oil/fat of choice 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp bicarb 225g/1.5 cups plain flour 1tbsp cinnamon (optional) Couple of handfuls of choc chips Bake low and slow 175-180 for 40-60mins, keep an eye on it :D. Or split it into smaller portions! Works well as muffins too.
