Known as the Golden City, Jaisalmer Fort is one of the few living forts left in the world, where thousands of people still live within its ancient walls. If you're planning a trip to Rajasthan or simply love history and travel, Jaisalmer is a destination unlike any other. This is my raw perspective roaming around the streets of India. In my last video, we explored the cool, comfortable streets of Bangalore. Now I find myself in a completely different world. I'm in Jaisalmer at the tail end of one of the hottest summers that India has ever had. But we aren't going to let that stop us from seeing the magnificent fort built by Rawal Jaisal over 850 years ago.
