The video talks about the differences between papillitis and papilledema. papillitis is an inflammatory condition of the eye associated with optic neuritis . papilledema is a manifestation pf raised intracranial pressure. there a many differences in papillitis and papilledema with respect to history, presentation, fundus image, clinical signs . vision, color vision pupil and visual evoked potential may get affected early in papillitis ; however this doesnt happen in papilledema until late or chronic papilledma. #ophthalmology #opticnerve
