Filling in the Inner Loop: 'Why it's so important to make this correction in our landscape'

One of Rochester’s largest public works projects in decades -- filling in the rest of the Inner Loop -- is under consideration right now. The potential windfall of reclaiming 22 acres of cityscape for development has the potential to net Rochester $2.5 billion, but residents of the neighborhood that borders the Inner Loop want to make sure they have a seat at the table when plans are developed.
