Do's and Don'ts for Texting Dental Patients
It's 2021 and technology is integrated everywhere including business. Communicating with patients via chat and text messages is the new normal, but that doesn't mean you should send texts like you would to family and friends. If patients prefer to be texted then it’s great we are meeting them where they are. Create a digital communication agreement and get approval from the patient so you have permission to communicate this way. Then create some guidelines for your team so they know the Do's and Don'ts of texting patients.
