Today's sheltered youth boast on social media, claiming "I'm set for life" after acquiring a few qualifications, while incompetent commentators utterly rant about "specialization in the future." Don't make me laugh. Enough with the nonsense. We, the job-hunting ice age generation, survived in a "complete lawless zone" where such nonsense was utterly meaningless. Stolen from our entry-level positions, beaten mercilessly by society with the club of "personal responsibility"—telling us, "You can't get a job because you didn't try hard enough"—we took those unreasonable words to heart and worked with blood, sweat, and tears. Sacrificing sleep, gnawing on cheap bread crusts, we spent thousands of hours at our desks, desperately acquiring "extremely difficult qualifications" and "highly specialized licenses" with pass rates of only a few percent. We clung to the hope that finally, we would be treated as human beings, that we could finally stand at the starting line. But how did the companies treat us? They scoffed at the qualification certificates we had earned at the cost of our lives, and threw them in the trash as "mere pieces of paper." What I found there was the dark side of a "charismatic hiring" system, utterly ugly and hopeless, completely disregarding the pretense of meritocracy. Today, from my vantage point, I'll expose nine examples of the "charismatic hiring" practices of companies that rendered even difficult qualifications meaningless and drove us, the Ice Age generation, to the brink of despair. Then, I'll show you the ultimate revenge: the "high-class job change" that we are currently carrying out, reversing that despair.
