I hope you enjoy today’s workout using the Reformer-Tower Combo unit! It’s an intermediate level class mostly due to the transitions where you need to carefully reach the tower end while getting on the reformer. A beginner who’s comfortable with the combo unit should be able to safely execute the transitions but use caution. You’ll need a Pilates box, on the refotmer. Also have your wooden dowel hooked at the top of the tower and two long yellow springs with foot-loops attached at the push-thru bar level. This 25 minute session will work your entire body in all planes of movement including flexion, extension, rotation and side bending. Thanks for watching!
