All components must be pre-determined and combined to achieve the best results within your budget. Therefore, the question posed by some prospective customers is completely wrong when it comes to "Fix my cylinder head quickly – as much power as possible – anything possible – how much does it cost?" The only possible response to this question is stupid, tempting offers; there are few comparable ones on the market. Hardly anyone reveals their cards and operates transparently. But the internet is full of questionable offers. We've already had customer heads on the assembly line that were worse than the original! That doesn't happen infrequently, by the way! No, this video is not a call to inquire with us(!). We just want to make a small contribution to understanding and demonstrate that a head doesn't become good by spending three weekends poking around in the channels as much as possible with an air grinder. We have chosen BMW cylinder heads here, as they are used in numerous BMW 3 Series and 5 Series models. An M50 or N54 engine serves as an example. We are looking at a cylinder head from an Omega A (Senator B) 24 V, or rather, what a head looks like when a The 24V head is shortened by two cylinders and shrunk from 6 to 4 cylinders. It then goes to a 2.0 CIH. These are engines with power outputs easily exceeding 200 hp. We're focusing on a tuning head for a Lancia Beta, and you're involved in every step, if that's what you want.
