The Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku is amazing, but I heard the Keio Plaza Hotel in Sapporo is even better. So, I decided to check it out. It was my first time to see nigiri sushi at a breakfast buffet. The unusually delicious vegetable sushi and the kombu-jime atka mackerel were also incredibly tasty. Of course, there are all the standard breakfast items, but there are also plenty of non-breakfast options, like lasagna, ramen, Parisoir, boulangeres, cakes, and ice cream.
