Here, I speak candidly about my ambitions, my journey in the culinary world, and my decision to step away from it. Even if it doesn't necessarily come across in the video, I want to mention that my experience in the restaurant industry wasn't a nightmare—far from it. I have many great memories from the kitchen; I learned a huge amount (about cooking, and much more), and I met some wonderful people along the way. This profession will certainly remain a foundation for the rest of my life, and even though I’ve decided to leave this industry for now, I have absolutely no idea what the future holds.
