Deutsche Küche in Da Nang: BratBrot - Currywurst, Jägerschnitzel & ein Restaurantbesitzer.

In this video, I'll take you to "BratBrot - German Food Restaurant" in Da Nang – a German restaurant right in the heart of Vietnam. I'll try currywurst and Jägerschnitzel (hunter's schnitzel) and talk to the owner, a Vietnamese man who studied in Germany for several years and now serves German classics in Da Nang. He currently owns two restaurants: this one and Ann Home, where I also tried the currywurst. We'll discuss why he, as a Vietnamese man, chose to open a German restaurant, what his time in Germany was like, and what motivated him to take this path. Afterwards, I'll show you the northern, less touristy beach of Da Nang, give you a glimpse into future plans there, and share my honest opinion on an e-scooter model that, due to its performance, you'd be better off not buying. Finally, there are some stunning sunset shots from the Kosmos Hotel – a perfect end to a diverse day in Da Nang.
