One Handed Keyboards

Imagine if you had to use a regular keyboard, but could only use one hand. It would destroy your productivity and your sanity in no time. I had a commenter ask me about options for people who could only use one hand, and since I knew very little about the options, I had to do a bit of research. There are options for a range of tastes and wallet sizes of course. I can't say which is 'The Best' as I don't use my keyboard one-handed. If you do, then please let me know in the comments.
