Walking through the lights of the Nagasaki Lantern Festival, I encountered the city's history, its port, and its new side. I experienced the bustling Chinatown, the face-changing show at the Confucius Temple, Oura Church, Glover Garden, and the night view from Mt. Inasa. Furthermore, I enjoyed the new scenery of Nagasaki, including Stadium City, and savored local delicacies such as champon and castella.
