70s Football was INSANE! 🤯

Long before the glitz and glamour of Premier League money, millionaire players and VAR... Football was a tough, no thrills, "man's game". Literally - women were banned from playing it for a long period of time - but when you see the brutality of some of the tackles in 1970s football - maybe we understand why 😅 Football in the 1970s was also tough for other reasons than tackling. The pitches were mud baths and the terraces were brutal. Hooliganism in football was on the rise and fans loved a good pitch invasion.
