The device surprisingly contains an i7, which is more than I'd typically expect in an ultra portable laptop, so that is always nice. For everyday productivity and work apps, the LG gram performs great, with an extremely impressive boot time as well. It has a few shortcomings, specifically in GPU power, but since this is not a gaming laptop, that is to be expected. The Intel UHD 620 integrated graphics are more than capable of handling regular video processing, and even having zero problems playing a 4K blu-ray quality video file which was a whopping 50 GB. What you also would notice is even when running at full power, the device remains very quiet thanks to it's single fan design, which is still able to cool the laptop efficiently. Overall, the LG gram is an excellent option for a laptop that you really can bring almost anywhere without thinking about it.
